Inspirational Quotes

When I'm feeling down in the dumps and alone, like no one cares, I meditate on inspirational quotes. They gave me motivation and encourage me to believe in myself and that I can do it. These quotes give me hope that tomorrow will be better and brighter. I hope that one or more of these quotes will encourage someone today.

Some famous inspirational quotes that I really enjoy are:

A funny thing about life, if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it.

Small opportunties are often the beginning of great enterprises.

Our chief want in life is somebody who will make us do what we can.

Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains it's original dimensions.

Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and thrill of creative effort.

Accept the challenge so that you may feel the exhilaration of victory.

Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the little extra.

Success is simply a matter of work, ask any failure.

Doubt whom you will, but never yourself.

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can lookup and see that beauty, believe in them and try to follow where they lead.

The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want and if they can't find them they make them..

Make no little plans, they have no magic to stir mens blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans, aim high in hope and work remembering that a nobel logical diagram once recorded will not die.

Winners expect to win in advance. Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Don't wait for your ship to come in swim out to it.

A great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do.

We are continually faced by great opportunities brilliantly disguised as insoluable problems.

Yesterday is a cancelled check, tomorrow is a promissary note, today is the only cash you have so spend it wisely.

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge but rather in a lack of will.

Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

Success is a journey not a destination.

Desire is the key to motivation but it is the determination and committment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a committment to excellence that will enable to attain the success you seek.
