When you work for someone else you are usually given hours to work and break times for lunch and if you are lucky, two breaks in between.
You have to be at work when they tell you to be there or it could cause problems for you. There is the traffic, the deadlines, the this and the that that you have to put up with day in and day out.
And if you want to have something to eat because you are hungry, too bad. You have to wait.
Those are some of the downsides of working for someone else. I do not know about you, but for me, working for someone else just to put money in their pocket and having you just barely making it is slavery if you ask me.
There are a lot of nice things about having your own business. First of all you are your own boss and you call the shots. If you want to take a break, you can. If you want to work on your business, you can..there is no one telling you what to do or when to do it.
You get to choose what it is you are selling. Maybe it is a product, or maybe it is a service. Or maybe it is both. Who knows? You do
You are not stuck earning peanuts working your tail off just to get scrap. NO, when you have your own business and you make a sale, it is all your money, minus any expenses.
You do not need to have a building when you have an internet business either. You can set up your business anyplace.
When you go out to eat and if you talk about your business you can write it off the whole meal as a tax credit.
If you are going to visit someone and if you talk about your business you can legally write off the miles as a tax write off.
Any expenses you make while running your business you can write off as a tax credit. Make sure you save all of your sale slips.
There are some companies that you can only shop at if you are a business owner. Some these are Sam's club and Costco and there are others.
You can have fun while you work and you can listen to your favorite music. IF you want to take a day off, no one can say no.
The point is when you have your own business you can run it anyway you want to just as long as it is legal. So have fun with it.
