Daycare: This home based business is commonly run very well by women, due to the fact that they have more patience then us men when it comes to children running around and creating noises. But you will need to read up and learn all of the regulations and licensing that you will need from your state. Also make sure you check the zoning requirements in your area and if you are part of a HOA check your regulations there also. This will also run into money to get the schooling and licenses to operate properly and the wear and tear of your property.

Elderly Care: This is designed for elderly people who do not want to live in a nursing home but want to live there life out in the comfort of there own home. This includes elderly women and men who need help at home but do not need a full time nursing care provided by nursing homes. You will need schooling and licensing to be able to care for these folks.
