There are a lot of people claiming to tell you how to make money online scam free. But, they never really get around to telling you anything useful. And, if they do happen to, it's still not the whole truth. You have to get the whole truth elsewhere. You end up picking up pieces here and there from a variety of websites and other places.
What you discover is that the people who are skeptical of making money online or who haven't been successful at it will tell you that almost every ad or offer to start your own online business at home is a scam. On the other end of the spectrum, there are fast talking swindlers who want nothing more than for you to buy the snake oil they're selling. Here are a few great ways to greatly enhance your chances to make money online scam free.
Know What You WantBefore you start looking you should have some idea of what you would like to do. You don't have to have it pinned down, but you need to be in the ballpark in terms of what you think you can do or might enjoy doing. By doing this you are searching with a purpose and a target. It will be much harder for some slick salesperson with pretty face or nice voice to sell you something you really don't want.
For example, if I think I might enjoy selling plant buds and plant seeds online and that is what I'm looking for, it won't be a cool walk in the park for Ms. Sexy Sally to sell me her surefire way to $7500 a month riches by learning SEO. Even though I don't know what SEO is, I like the sound of $7500 per month. But, because I had an idea of what I wanted before I went looking, I would be more inclined not to be tempted by the pretty face and promise of making in money trying to do something I've never even heard of.
Find Several OffersWhen I was younger my Sunday School teacher used to always tell us, "Don't go and marry the first piece of fish you taste!" While that certainly was not a problem for me, the logic of that wisdom has stayed with me for all these years. So, now I'm passing it on to you. Don't go after the first opportunity to sell plant buds and seeds that you come across. While in the end it very well may be the one you choose, just don't choose it without having seen other opportunities. Evaluating other opportunities does a couple of things for you.
- Helps to create a comparative and competitive environment for you when it time to choose
- Helps you see and know price ranges for offers and what features and benefits you can expect
- This one is a bonus: it also keeps you from marrying the first "good looking" offer you see because you'll find there are other "good looking" offers available.
Don't be afraid to use plain ol' common sense. Now, really, if a person owned a system that generated a million dollars a year while they romped on the beach, do you really believe they would be spending time trying to sell it to you for $29.95, or even worse, for only $7. Well, real quickly, that translates into $2740 per day in sales to earn $1 million in a year. Yeah, that's a measly $82,200 per month. I can guarantee you that the seller wouldn't waste his time trying to sell you at $29.95, if he are she were making a million with the system.
On the other hand, if the sales of that system were generating $82,200 per month, I can guarantee you that the seller would not be bothered with trying to work the system, rather spending time trying to figure out to make more sales. I'll let you figure it out, if the cost were only $7 for this magical system. Your common sense and life experience are great filters. Use them.
Be A Little SkepticalIt's okay to be a little skeptical. It's only natural. Let the system or the offer convince you that it has merit. Don't confuse skepticism with having a closed mind. Being skeptical simply means that you'll need a little convincing to fully believe. Having a closed mind means that there isn't enough convincing in the world to make you believe. Skepticism will cause you to investigate, but with an open mind. That's good, because if the opportunity is worth taking, skepticism won't prevent it, but a closed mind will.
Your skepticism will also not allow you to be 100% trusting of everyone. That's good, too. Because, in case you did not know every offer on the internet is not completely honest. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you that. But, some offers are . . . well, just scams!
