To earn money on the Internet is, for most, scary. Perhaps it's because there is so much unknown about how to get started, how to keep it going once it is started, and what, if any, hope is there that your new Internet business will be able to thrive for years down the road. These are legitimate reasons for concern. After all, starting any business requires planning, money (sometimes, a lot of money), time, passion, and desire. Whew! That sounds like too much to soon, doesn't it? To some, it is, and that's why they throw in the proverbial towel and go off in another direction to figure out another way to make a better living. For others, to earn money on the Internet is very exciting and gets more so as the anticipation of making large sums of money just increases their excitement.
It's at this point that many people get caught up in all the hype and just can’t wait to begin to earn money on the Internet. I've seen my share of people who get talked into buying "one click" software that will literally catapult their sales into million-dollar status virtually overnight. Friend, this is simply not true. Never has been, never will be. If it was, don't you think many more people would be rich as well? Think about that for a moment. In reality, the only people truly making money with this scheme are the ones selling the software.
Another point is this: If you developed software that truly could make you a millionaire overnight, would you really want to sell it so that everyone else will have access to it? It seems to me that you would probably hold onto it so you could be assured that you won't be in the same position you were in before you struck it rich. Am I right? So, let's put all that over exaggerated hype to rest, shall we?
If you are a sensible person and are willing to actually work to earn money on the Internet, I would be willing to bet that you also understand that anything worth your while takes effort, patience, planning, good decision making, and more work, and more patience. Let’s not forget, though, that it will take some money to get started to earn money on the Internet. Above all, however, it takes consistent action. Couple that with belief in yourself, and you'll have what I believe to be the real formula for success on the Internet!
