While you are doing your research for the best keywords to drive traffic to your web site, there is another factor you have to keep in mind: the rules that Google sets forth for searches and results. Using Google keyword analysis can help you be sure that you are meeting all of those rules as well as letting you know when these rules are going to change. That can be important for your marketing efforts.
An Internet marketer has several different sites that she is managing for her two main product lines. One is related purely to Halloween and dress up costumes and the other is related to lingerie of all kinds. At first, she was using a variety of writers to create content for these sites. Then she found that one set of the writers, from a non-English speaking country, were just stuffing the keywords into the articles without actually writing correctly. Another set of writers was using a computer software program to create the same article in different ways over and over and over. While the words they were using were the ones that were generated by Google keyword analysis, the content was pretty bad and was actually hurting the woman over all.
The woman then found a different writer who was creating different content that was still based on the words discovered for her by Google keyword analysis. The content was fresh and exciting, the words were not being stuffed into the articles at all and everyone was pretty happy. Then, Google changed the rules and the way that ranking was achieved. Now, the content that has been thrilling the audience and pleasing the woman for all of this time has to be changed completely. The ability to roll with these changes and to adapt and adjust is vital to the marketer.
This is not an isolated occurrence, either. It happens all of the time. You do the Google keyword analysis, figure out your best words and get started with your efforts based on those words. You create ad campaigns and build web sites. But, if you are not following the rules, then you will be sanctioned, lose rank or both. If that is the case, then you are losing all of your efforts and hard work.
The better that you understand the words and the way they are used during a search, the better off you are. The more that you understand how Google decides its ranking factors, the better. Using Google keyword analysis is beneficial but should only be part of the entire process. The real fact is this: you are never finished. Just as you push out one campaign, it is time to start looking toward that next day whether you will need to rebuild completely or just tweak. People’s needs and desires change. Web sites evolve and become better. Google changes rules. The world changes and your marketing must change with it or get left behind.
