My Journey to Wealthy Affiliate

Six months ago due to long day-off’s I have from my regular job. I resorted to the internet finding online jobs as potential additional income. I was so excited to see that there are a lot of choices. Mails come in and I blindly entertain some of those I think it fits me.

Months later I think I’m nowhere to go, I’m looking for extra income but it turns out to be extra expenses. After several failures, I turn to surveys, those that don’t require you to pay because I know I’ll be safe with those. But it was too slow; some surveys can be as long as 20-30 min. There were instances also that you are on the middle last part then you will be screened out. Quite frustrating!!!

Well it seems that I don’t give up easily. I did try “Forex Trading”. I was a little good at statistics, graphs interpretation and I did enjoy making profits until one unlucky day I found out that my broker scammed me. I lost my confidence then, though I’m planning to return. I want to be ready and knowledgeable about the industry the second time around.

I’m not sure how did I find myself at Wealthy Affiliate, but a generous Vince referred me here. I tried one unsuccessful affiliate program before but I turn it down due to the one time membership they are asking. It was too high and I’m in doubt.

Anyway, the starter membership is free so it is worth to try. The good thing is , the first time I went to there page there are a lot of discussion, forums and tutorials. I don’t know how and where to start but there is a page titled “Get Started Here”, it makes sense that it is the best way to start. In addition, I received email from the founder and from the person who refers me to WA which contains information’s and details what to do next.

The “Get Started Here” is a tutorial consists of 10 lessons. Each lesson has video and written details, at the end of each lesson I have activity related to setting up my accountstep by step. I love each lesson! Every time I finished one , I felt it’s a big accomplishment.

Thumbs up to the author!!!!

I just finished the 10 lessons, set up my website, posting blogs and playing around it. So far I’m satisfied, I love writing my ideas and this is the best way to do it. The time to unleash my potential to earn money and establish an online business through this will come sooner. Though I’m looking forward to it, I’m still enjoying my self with the community. I’m amazed how friendly and helpful they are. They don’t keep secret how they succeed but share it.

Right now I’m doing the Affiliate Bootcamp, getting more knowledge and applying to my website. I’m doing it slowly but surely to attain my goal. I’m still far away but with the support of the community I can do it and everyone can do it. This is a long term income online potential based from my judgement. Don’t get me wrong by saying this knowing that to date I’m in this program for 4 days, but those 4 days were dedicated solely with WA and comparing to programs I didn’t succeed.

The starter membership is very cool and WA offers me Premium Membership, I’m thinking to apply but not now. But, yeah I will definitely apply. I will finish the Affiliate Bootcamp first and also for now I’ll be doing overseas trip. Hopefully when I come back the offer (discounted) is still around. I will still be accessing my website during the 10 days trip.

Thank you for joining me in my journey, I’ll keep you posted about my activities at WA. For comments

please feel free to leave. See you soon.
