I've been in Internet marketing for a long time. You would think that I would be rich by now as many who started after me are. I have broad interest, the plague of many Internet marketers. Those who are most successful focus on finding a small group of buyers with money burning holes in their pocket because they have a passion for something that they can not hide. I call such entrepreneurs passion marketers and there operations passion niche marketing.
If you have a passion for something it will show up in all that you do. If you, for example, use article writing to drive traffic to your website, your page will burn with enthusiasm. Your excitement will excite your readers. They will want to read more of your writings. They will go to your website to see what relevant information is there concerning your burning passion for the niche you are marketing.
When I was working as a young engineer in Colorado a fellow engineer, Jim from Texas, was passionate about chess. He was an amazing player and years later when I hired him to work for me in New Jersey, he was still crazy about chess. He head lived in Italy in the interim and had played one of the Italian chess masters. He was unbeatable in Colorado and even more unbeatable in New Jersey. He never had the queen on the board when he played chess. That was the handicap he gave you. I would not play him unless his queen was on the board. He would beat me either way but I didn't feel so bad about it. I don't remember ever beating him but a dim recollection says I did beat him a time or two in Colorado, probably not.
I had developed several new ceramics for radomes, the ceramic protection in missile heads which acts as a radar window. I had a chrome red ceramic body and a white one. Jim wanted to make these into chess men. It cost money so Jim wanted me to pay half of the cost. We paid one of the company modelers to make a mold and we made the chessmen.
That was not enough for Jim. He found an excellent cabinet maker to make us chess boards. I still have mine and it is still a beautiful piece of work.
The point of this is that Jim's passion could have been turned into a business. He could have sold boards and ceramic chessmen. But his passion was not for selling but for chess. Passion niche marketing is when you have not only an interest in a subject but you want to monetize it. You want to make money. That is what is called the entrepreneurial spirit which generates millionaires worldwide year after year.
I know a lot of people who have that spirit. They are members of a passion niche marketing educational organization. They learn Internet Marketing and apply what they know. Better still, they share with too broadminded folks like me.
