In part one I explained how I was ready to take on a new direction in life, by taking a chance and coming face to face with my fears, by working on thinking more like entrepreneur. I want to be able to rethink the way I have been used to making a living, so I can free up my time and enjoy my life.
Entrepreneurs think a little differently about earning, because they think in profits from investments, and not wages for time. So the better you leverage your investments the better the profit. I want to realize earnings from my time more than once or residually. So any opportunities that satisfy that end is worth me looking to.
How great would it be to really work hard for a year or two and begin to see income or a return for those efforts coming in on a regular basis. It would be awesome! That is how investors see earning opportunities, while a hourly wage earner will work hard for years to see a salary that cannot keep up with the rate of inflation.
The biggest obstacle in making the crossover from years of working hard and earning a paycheck is fear. Fear of leaving the safety of a regular paycheck, and the the uncertainty of if you can make it or not, will hold you back and keep you from plunging in. You don't have to plunge in all at once. If you are willing to invest a few hours a day on changing your life, you should go ahead get started right away. If you have spent years working for someone else and haven't reached the place in life where you wanted to be, why not invest some extra time in something that will free up your time in the future?
There are some real work from home opportunities out there worth investing your time, that
can generate income from upfront hard work. I say hard work because nothing comes free and you will have to overcome some obstacles to see some success. But if you have the drive to make a life changing decision and think more like an entrepreneur does on your spare time, we could be having a totally different conversation a year from now.
