It can be hard trying to find a job in this day and age, especially with the way the employment market is going with added stress of financial debt. Fortunately with good interviewing tips it can be possible for you to get the job and pass the interview successfully. It would be an advantage to most interviewee's if they only knew what an employer was thinking and how to react to a difficult job interview situation.

Here are some helpful tips to help you out with your next interview:

Tip 1 - Use good body posture, there are several ways to under estimate the use of correct and appropriate body language, what most people don't know is that 55% of a job interview is based around what an interviewer can see. Don't forget that the person interviewing you has been in this position many times so they know exactly what they are looking for. When you shake hands with the interviewer always have a firm gripped handshake as this means that you are confident and comfortable. Never sit with folded arms or legs as this is a body language sign of closed minded or deceiving behaviour.

Tip 2 - Be friendly, use your positive attitude to get the potential employer to like you, remember the key point to this technique is that an employer will never hire someone they don't like, so if you are smarter and have better qualifications than the other candidates, at the end of the day if they employer doesn't like you there is no way you will be considered for the job. Answer all questions with an assertive tone of voice and the same goes when you're talking to an interviewer as well. Be polite and use your manners when it's necessary.

How an interviewer will use behavioural questions, most potential employers have special interview question, these questions are designed to tell them what kind of person you are, recently when a friend of mine went to an interview, the interviewer asked her "Describe a time when you were not very satisfied with your own performance. What did you do about it?" this question is how fast she could cope with the situation under pressure.

Remember when you try these good interviewing tips above you can get yourself into a better position by using the right body language and correct posture, Be friendly and have a positive attitude to get the employer to like you. With these good interviewing tips remember that an employer will use behavioural questions, just be mindful that these questions are designed to see what type of person they are dealing with.
