In this article I would like to share some helpful tips to teach you how to pass an interview for a job.

Body language - most people don't know this but body language has a massive impact with a job interview not only is it natural to us humans, but it involves a lot of silent messages, such as eye contact, when you're with a prospective employer make as much direct eye contact as possible as it shows that you are passionate about the position and interested in what the employer is saying. 55% of an interview is based on what a prospective employer can see. Never cross your legs or arms as this can be a sign of closed minded or a way of with holding relevant information. When people greet an employer they can tell within the first few seconds what type of person you are. One way to learn how to pass an interview for a job is when shaking hands, a nice firm gripped hand shake means you have a confident personality.

What employers want to hear - this is a good chance where you can prove yourself by saying the right things, however it's very important that you remember that 38% of an interview is based on what an employer can hear. Highlight your strengths and qualifications always mention how you used your experience in your work history to help with assignments and complete task with deadlines. Recently when a friend of mine went to a job interview and the employer asked her "Have you ever been out of your way to meet any deadlines?" this question is designed to see what you are willing to do for the company and if you will be suitable for a particular assignment in mind.

What employers think about the words used - most people think the total opposite when it comes to learning how to pass an interview for a job but only 7% of an interview is based on the words used by you.

Remember the most important element in a job interview is based around 55% of body language and what an employer can see, make sure you have a suit and your appearance is appropriate and suitable. Learning how to pass an interview for a job can be under estimated, don't forget what employers hear in an interview makes up only 38%.
