Hiring someone will cost money –Fortunately the first interview preparation tips that managers are looking for with a specific candidate when there is a job vacant within the company. Remember as a potential employee you have to prove yourself to them. This is a good opportunity where candidates can use previous work experience. Generally highlight your skills and your qualifications and build value so that an employer can see that you will be worth hiring. Once any employer is convinced that you are worth hiring you would have learnt how to apply these interview preparation tips.

Employers never employ people they don’t like – Several main interview preparation tips when employers look at a candidate it only takes them within the first 5-10 minutes to judge whether or not they like a person, most people are judged on 55% of what they see and 38% on what they hear and 7% on the actual words used. So it becomes really clear that what you say isn’t always the best way to get an employer to like you. Use good posture, make direct eye contact with an employer never blink too much or loose eye contact too much as it will tell an employer that you are not interested.

Employer are busy – most employers work on a tight schedule and don’t have any time to waste so taking time of from being productive to organise hundreds of interviews isn’t the best thing they look forward to. Don’t waste their time, first be honest to yourself and ask yourself if you want to be their, if you are not 100% about the interview you might as well not go. However if you know you are passionate about a position then it will benefit you to put on your best interviewing skills.

Remember that when you attend an interview bear in mind that you have to prove that you will be worth the money to be hired. Build value and show that you are going to be valuable with the company. Most people forget that 55% of a job interview is based around body language and what an employer can see. Make sure to have good eye contact and good body position. Use the above interview preparation tips to get the employer to like you, and don’t forget that employers are busy so don’t waste their time.
