Not having a list. What is a little mistake that cost a business $100,000 a year?
Seriously: not having a list is the answer. I see comments online that make it clear you don't feel you even have expertise just to get paid your first $100,000 a year. But I know you do and that it's simply time you learn how to overcome a few mental blocks...
Recognize
(1) When you're in business you don't get paid for your time.
(2) Most people who find you won't buy from you that first minute.
(3) Joining your list is like raising your hand to say you want to know more.
(4) Being on your list includes subscribers giving permission to market to you.
(5) When you give enough value away to people on your list you help create wealth.
(6) As people recognize wealth there's a tendency to invest wealth to get more wealth.
(7) When you're noticed as a source of someone's wealth you begin to get a new level of attention.
Think
Why is not having a list a little mistake that cost a business $100,000 a year? Because your list is how you help people who don't know you but who have the types of problems you know how to solve.
Start your list! When? When do you want to stop making a little mistake that cost a business $100,000 a year?
When do you want people to begin...
(1) Respecting You
(2) Liking You
(3) Trusting You
(4) Valuing You
(5) Benefiting from You
(6) Buying from You
(7) Referring to You
You're a survivor. You survived by solving problems in your own business and personal life. Even if you did not get paid for it by anyone as yet! Your solutions have value for others who want those solutions and are willing and able to pay.
Power
And by giving yourself away, do you know what power you have? You have the power to help people become able to pay, willing to pay, and eager to be users gaining the benefit of your solutions.
Problems
So stand up straight. Look in your mirror. You know you've solved problems!
$100,000
Ahhh... Is that a big number for you? Is that number intimidating you? If so, break it down.
(1) Consider how many people you are willing to help solve problems.
(2) Consider the value you're willing to deliver.
Imagine
Imagine having your own list. Imagine how it feels, delivering so much value that $100,000 is a small number for you. Imagine a little mistake that cost a business $100,000 a year...
