In relationships, several things are bound to happen, both good and bad. Where two or more people coexist there is likely to be differences time and again.
However, differences being part and parcel of any relationship, they can as well be turned into useful tools to strengthen the relationship. We have heard of, or witnessed cases where a relationship breaks up due to constant fighting.
Whereas two people in relationship are not supposed to fight, there comes a time when one of them goes out of his or her way and they start fighting. By all means fighting should not be encouraged in relationships and should be avoided at all costs.
There are various ways you can apply to stop you from fighting with your boyfriend, and some of them are outlined below:
# 1. Learn to forgive:
You can be the one offended, but with forgiveness you can cool things down. When you forgive it should come from deep down the bottom of your heart. After forgiving, forget the issue and move on. Your boyfriend will notice how you apply the virtue of forgiveness on him, learn from his mistakes and correct his behavior.
# 2. Learn to say sorry:
It's just one word, neither does it take you long to pronounce but it's very important. This word can make or break your relationship. If you are the one who has made a mistake and you don't feel and say sorry to your partner, you are taking your relationship to a delicate ground. Saying sorry to him implies that you did not commit the offence willingly and so you apologize for any inconvenience your mistake has caused.
# 3. Be submissive:
By being submissive and tolerant, you can avoid many fights with your boyfriend. Men are always physical by their nature and if you try to retaliate physically on your side, you are likely to fight. Therefore, to avoid fighting you should be submissive but maintain your principles and reasons so that he doesn't turn you into a doormat.
# 4. Don't be idle:
Find something to do as this will save you the time for arguing and eventually fighting. So, get down to some business in the kitchen or reading a book or writing something that will make you absorbed. Your boyfriend will notice that you're too busy to fight!
These four ways are important for you to observe if you want to avoid constant, unnecessary fighting with your boyfriend. Apply them and you will not regret. But if you don't pay attention to them, then you may face a brutal break up with your boyfriend.
