Have you been thinking recently about how to win your one and only love back? It seems that you may still be in love with your ex. But what is they have left you?

Your first task in getting your ex back has to be to step back and sort your emotions out. It would be wrong at this stage, in particular if it is only days since you have broken up, to try and get your ex back. You need to ensure that you think hard about things and work things out in your mind first.

You always need to look inward initially. You will have to stay away from your ex and make no contact with them at all. Needless to say, this is not going to be easy. Especially since you have just come from being in a relationship with them to now, where you are not in touch with them anymore. But this is extremely important. By making contact with your ex, you may appear desperate and weak, putting yourself in a vulnerable position. Continually phoning or trying to see your ex means that you become less attractive in their eyes. Appearing needy and desperate is not good at all, so take a step back if you really want to win your love back.

Instead, concentrate on sorting yourself out. While focusing on yourself, ensure that you are not spending all your time by yourself. When a relationship breaks down, it is far too easy to end up withdrawing into yourself and always thinking about your ex. Doing this will only cause depression and low self esteem which you certainly don't need at this time.

Get out and live your life. Organise going out with your family and friends. Meet new people and just enjoy yourself. Well, of course, it won't be easy, but if it's a step in the right direction to working out how to get your ex back, then it has to be done.

It does take time to get over a break up. But while you are recovering, you should start to think about anything you may have done to cause the break up of the relationship.

Often, it is too easy to blame your ex for all things that went wrong, but remember, it takes both of you to make a relationship and both of you to break that up. So while you are not with your ex and as you think about how to get back with them, ensure you are honest and up front with yourself and that you discover if any part of the breakup was your fault.

Did you do something that caused the relationship to break down? If you did, you have to work out how you are going to fix cause. It may be a certain behaviour of yours that caused the love break up. Work on how you can improve yourself.
