Apple juice is known to be very beneficial for the health of your body,very tasty and delicious.Apple juice contain natural sugars and carbohydrates which help boost energy levels.Instead of indulging in high fat and unhealthy foods,consider using apple juice.But what is the amount of calories in apple juice?Calories may be equated to energy.Our bodies need calories in the foods that we eat to use as energy but if the foods that we eat contain a high number of calories,it may lead to build up of fat if those calories are not used.

Several methods that can be used to burn calories include eating foods that are low in calories,regular exercise and eating foods that burn at a faster rate.Avoiding sugary snacks like chocolates and ice cream while adopting a healthier diet like apple juice will ensure that not only will you avoid the risk of weight gain but also acquiring nutritional elements and vitamins.

There are two types of apple juice,organic apple juice and regular apple juice.Organic apple juice is made from organic apples, that is apples that are grown without harmful chemicals while the regular apple juice is made from regular apples.This has to be noted because organic apple juice is better.

The number of calories in apple juice will vary according to the method of extraction and how much fiber is retained but typically a glass of apple juice will have 120 calories.This is a low amount that will not have a negative effect on you.It should be noted that apple juice does contain natural sugar and therefore should be taken in moderation.

There are many benefits to be derived from drinking organic apple juice.It contains ingredients that promote better health like natural fiber,vitamin c and pectin.The vitamin c is a good anti oxidant which helps in getting flushing toxins.For older people,drinking apple juice should be a top priority since apples contain a good amount of potassium thereby aiding in easing arthritis.

The calories in apple juice should not deter you from consuming it as you are now well aware it is is very beneficial health wise.Other beverages like sodas and even fruit juices contain high amounts of sugars and calories and regular consumption will lead to high cholesterol,dental problems and diabetes.Bananas and avocados also contain high calories and should therefore not be overeaten.

A daily dosage of organic apple juice in the morning will help you start your day feeling energized and revitalized So discard foods in high calories and fats and make the switch to organic apple juice for a healthier tomorrow .
