How To Become Thin    -    Fat Free Dessert Recipes (jello Pie)

This is the perfect pie for any occasion and anybody.When you here of low-fat and low sugar, you're thinking no taste or after taste, not this wonderful tasting pie make of sugar-free jello, that comes in variety of flavors.

The low-fat jello pie can become sugar-free if you use a sugar free graham cracker crust, and sugar free cool whip, I think this should've been on top for low-fat diet dessert in the world. Once you try this dessert, it will be a permanent fixture for all your diet plans and dining events.

Here are the flavors to choose from.

  • black cherry
  • cherry
  • lime
  • lemon
  • orange
  • peach
  • raspberry
  • strawberry
  • strawberry-banana
  • berry blue

Each flavor has different color, so you decorate and coordinate, if you like. Try green and red for Christmas, how about orange for Halloween, red and blue for the 4th of July, you may even find a school color.

Sugar free cool whip magic

This ingredient gives the pie a creamy taste and a smooth baby coloring, it also help shape and form the pie. you can't go wrong with sugar free cool whip, it still taste as good as the regular cool whip.

Reduced-fat graham cracker crust

The pie you poured into a honey maid ready-made reduced-fat graham cracker crust, the crust isn't sugar free, if you need a sugar-free crust there are plenty to choose from,that will make your whole pie sugar-free.

Things you will need to make the pie

  • 2/3 hot cup of water that been boiled
  • 1 package of sugar-free jello gelatin any flavor
  • a cup of cold water
  • 1 container of sugar-free 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 honey maid graham cracker pie crust

Time to put the pie together

  • open the pack of jello mix, pour it in a large mixing bowl.
  • pour the boiling water.
  • stir for 1 minute or until the powder is get dissolved.
  • add the cold water to the gelatin
  • stir until it start to appear thicker
  • pour the sugar-free whip cream into the slightly thick gelatin
  • whisk it until its blended nicely.
  • refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes
  • spoon the thick jello into the graham cracker pie crust
  • place in refrigerator, about 4 hours

When the pie get done you can cut you a piece, put a spoon full of whip cream on top.
