Every area owns his rules. It is absolutely smart for one man not to break it but to have it as a director to walk behind. Except that, a supervisor had better to consider his method of management and the importance of making use of an employee monitor on monitoring employee. Because every man, everything is for a good growing for the enterprise.
Just like the old saying goes, "Test the rules but not to break them". However, it is better advised to follow the rules in a tender way, never make efforts to go beyond rules.
