If you are wondering about how much an exhibition stand might set you back then you are probably either committed to attending a show, or thinking seriously about booking your space. Whichever stage you are at, you may like to establish some budget parameters for your display costs.
A rule of thumb in the exhibition industry is that a purpose built exhibition stand may cost between £300.00 and £500.00 per square metre to design, build and install.
However, modular structural systems are available which are designed to be re-usable, saving considerable amounts of money in comparison to custom displays when used more than once. Equally there are many systems which are designed to be user-installed by non-professional people. This means that you can avoid the potentially costly transport and labour elements involved when installing, dismantling and removing a custom exhibit.
For smaller stands and shell scheme solutions there are many options starting at well under £1,000.00 so a quality display need not cost the earth!
Although your display will make or break your event it must also be affordable and match your needs. So, a fixed budget is also an option which might suit you. Knowing exactly what your display will cost in advance is a good feeling!
If you are new to exhibiting, then you will almost certainly benefit by working with an established, expert exhibition company, experienced in both modular and custom solutions.
