Tired Of My Job And Needed A Change

It was not long ago that I was wondering around my work place pretty depressed and wondering if there was more to having a career than this. There is more than having to get up at the crack of dawn and zombie strolling to your job. See I have always had an entrepreneur spirit. From the time I was a boy playing with my friends I always wanted to be the boss. In a good way not to abuse the power. I did not do to well in high school, mainly due to the fact I was lazy and did not apply myself. But by my senior year I realized I was not going to be a college graduate. At least not yet.

I finished high school and ended up working some part time jobs in different places. All of them a road with a dead end. I eventually went to work for the Department of Corrections in a state I will not mention. I worked there nearly seven years. I would see those men and women come into work just dragging and hating what they had to do. I seen what thirty years of this kind of work could do to you and I wanted no part of that. I was tired of my job and needed a change.

So I decided to join the military and give myself some opportunities that I did not have before, like college money, advancement and decent pay and insurance. I spent countless hours and family time playing the military games and at nearly thirty being treated like a child. I saw what twenty years of service required and it was not for me. Once again I was tired of my job and needed a change.

I finished my obligation and began a college degree avenue. I studied hard and made the grades I always wished I had. Only one problem, I could not find one job field that I was interested in. I once again looked at all the career fields and seen all the hours and sacrifice of freedom to be successful. I did not see too many millionaire people working jobs. Very far and in between. So I knew if I took a job I would just end up tired of my job and needed a job.

I began research into what did millionaires do that people who were employed did not. Well first they were not employed in a corporate job for the most part. There are some, but not many. I did not want to be a millionaire to flaunt private jets and have too many houses to keep up with. My whole reason was more freedom for me and my family, better opportunity for my kid’s future and loving the idea of being my own boss. Well one thing I learned was that it takes money to make money. I did not have tens of thousands of dollars to invest in a good return of investment franchise or have to avenue or product to start my own corporation. So what else was there? I goggled as much as I could; I searched forums and asked questions, even talked to some very successful business owners. All said the same thing, you either need money to invest (which would take tens of years to acquire at my rate) or have an investor. Most of us, including me did not personally know too many millionaires that were willing to invest. Then one morning I stumbled upon a few unique people on the internet that was making decent cash every month advertising for companies.

I once again began research in whether or not this affiliate marketing thing really worked. I contacted a few people personally who were successful and saw the proof. I was ecstatic and wanted to know the secrets. They all led me to the same educational system that trained them. It was a place called Wealthy Affiliate University. They had thousands of members all working to be successful and extremely helpful. Wealthy Affiliate had hundreds of pages and courses teaching on every technique of internet marketing and I was more than impressed. I signed up for a free course and the rest was history.

I work from home now and no more tired of my job and needed change scenarios. I work when I want and quit when I want. Affiliate marketing is a business that is not a get rich quick. Matter of fact it took me a couple months to make my first sale. Then I kept repeating the process and more sales kept rolling in. Before I knew it I had not written or advertised in weeks and traffic and income kept growing. I had built a residual income and this was just one product. I then began to pick another product and wash and repeat the process. Now my time is mine and what I am working for is my families and not a corporate bully.

This freedom and income can be anyone’s and it’s free to start. I know personally several people who make 200,000 dollars a year and it only cost them money for an internet connection and a little of their time daily. Then there are the ones who make that every two months, although they invest and compound there time by outsourcing their work. They have it made. This is also my ultimate goal. So if you are saying I am tired of my job and needed a change, it’s out there.
