Are you sure you want to save your marriage alone? I hope not. If you're trying to save your marriage alone that means it's going to be a long journey for you. You might even give up because of the emotional distress you will face in the mirror.
Why do you want to save your marriage alone anyway? It sucks doing stuff by yourself. Not only will it take long, but it's boring. Maybe you're the type of person that is secretive. I don't know you from a can of paint, but if this is the case, I can assure you that you're going about saving your marriage the wrong way. Nobody should have to go through a tough time and very emotional state by theirself. It's a drastic feeling.
Believe it or not, I'm a secretive person, but when it come to love and relationships, I'd rather get some help and advice. Getting help and advice is a better approach because you have the opportunity to get a different perspective than your own. Sometimes the marriage love thing can be overwhelming and we usually don't think before taking action. Exspecially when you're doing it alone, save yourself a headach and get some good advive and help.
Be aware, it does matter who and where you get help from. Saving your marriage may not be the greatest interest of some of your friends and family members. You know who I'm talking about. We all got some of those jealous people in our lives. Yes, the ones that tell you to leave or act a damn fool just to get them mad. And truthfully, those people do not care about you. They really want what you have and it's best to never involve them in your marriage problems.
OK. Not that I got that out of the way, back to saving your marriage. In my honest opinion, relationship books is a great way to saving your broken marriage. Your marriage is broken, isn't it? The fundalmentles of relationship books or counseling works like this:
1. There are senerios that are relevant in every relationship you can relate to
2. There are tasks for you to do in order to fully understand where your relationship stands
3. Helps you learn how to communicate better with your partner
4. Gives you the opportunity to save your relationship
5. Helps you understand your partner so that you can understand yourself better in your relationship
There are so many ways relationship books and counseling can help you save your marriage. One thing I wouldn't reccommend you do is save your marriage alone.
