When comes to world of mixed martial arts no one can quite say where its headed. Not many sports can match is excitement or raw nature. With an explosion of mma fights all across the country not to mention the world not hard to see what all the fuss is about. Mixed martial arts websites have also sprung up like weeds sites like mma junkie which proves the latest and greatest in mma news. Not to mention the countless clothing company's that offer shirts, shorts and other mma gear to purchased.

Mixed martial arts fighting has really come in to its own u can find a local gym on every block across the country. Small fight leagues dot the landscape, along with giant Ultimate Fighting Championship or UFC. There is not shortage of fights to watch online and blogs to follow, fight tips to track and things to buy. But what if u can't get to a gym or u town doesn't have one.Well I've found that there a many at home DVDs that can be bought, but shorting though them all could be a hassle. At the bottom of the page u can find my personal favorite sites.

With most mma news to day u can also find many sites to get your fix sites like mma junkie and ufc offical site there u can get fight results from the latest strike force or ufc cards. Things like fighter training programs and workout routines can also be found on these sites. Also if your looking for up coming fight cards and injury updates that would affect a match to held later.

As with any sport u gotta look good to play well or something like that. New companies like Tapout sell mma gear to the masses from the wanna B's to world champs. Things like gloves and shorts and head gear are the main staples to any new fighters workout gear. These companies sponsor the fighters so the can train with out working a second job. I love this stuff nothing like a good fight on TV to watch Saturday night. For those of us how wanna learn on your own time and pace. Whether u don't have a local gym or the fee's are to much monthly at home learning base systems are a great way to get your foot in the cage plus an easy way to to start to get involed in mma.
