Cure Stress With Chi Gong Exercises

Stress is a negative energy that we have from time to time, but if we get stressed out too much then our health will most definitely diminish. Research has shown that becoming stressed out will have a severe impact on our health, but stress can be managed through meditation and chi gong exercises, and it's a easy and fun way to really get a rid of that chronic back pain.

Lets travel back a few hundred years and see why we need stress in the first place. For the most part, we need stress as a survival mechanism. Imagine a bear coming at you, you will most likely get scared and run away as fast as you can, and this is a natural response to stay alive, which is caused by stress. Another reaction would be increased blood flow to muscles and increased strength. pretty much, the more dire the situation the more stress you get. The stress is then countered as you will either fight a bear or run away, and thus eliminating any build up of stress.

Now back to present day society were there is no bears around for hundreds of miles but we still have the stress. The only difference is that we don't exhaust the stress that we build up during the day. Like your boss getting mad at you, and you're most likely not going to jump up and fight him or run 5 blocks away, so all that stress is just going to build up. Causing you health problems down the road.

If you don't get rid of all that stress, you going to run into some serious health issues. Cortisal is a stress hormone that impacts your appetite. thus, encouraging you to eat more, turning you into a little pig, and as a result you get fat.

Once overweight you are venerable to diseases, heart attacks, stroke, and a weaken immune system. Its widely known that a weak immune system leave's you open for colds, and parasites. These harmful effects can shorten your life and make you miserable and depressed.

The best way to counter stress is to meditate. It calms the mind and brings you in control of your life. All the stress build up will just flow out of you like a salmon down a river. According to the institute of health meditation can lower blood pressure, pain, and other systems associated with stress.

Chi Gong exercises are what I use to control my stress so I don't get bent out of shape or super angry. I'm just loving life and the most important thing is that I'm in control.
