Get Over Depression with Practice of Qigong

Are you suffering from depression or have low self esteem. This is associated with a week spirit and it can result in death. In western medicine they will put you on a daily medication but that doesn't treat the root of the problem. Practice of Qigong, a traditional Chinese medicine, eliminates the root cause and fixes the problem forever.

Butterfly under flowers may sound weird and really pansy but its a good way to get over any kind of depression. It attacks the root cause of depression and allows you to recover and prosper again. This is a very very simple exercise and can be done in the morning and evening, limit yourself to doing it only 2 times a day. This is good practice of qigong and you will get better overtime.

To do butterfly dancing you must first get into a calm and relax state. stand up straight and think of something joyful in your life, something that will make you happy and glowing. Now lean forward with your chin tucked into your chest and then rise up spreading your arms open and wide.

Do 15 reps and once your done let your body move and sway on its own. Keep a clear mind, think of nothing, and just let your body do its own thing. Now take your hands and begin to rub your face, head, and neck. also if you cant think of nothing do this little trick; whenever you breath in say 1, in your head, and whenever you breath out say 2. This will narrow a 1000 thoughts to only 1 thought.

Practice of qigong is beneficial not only for the depressed but also for anyone wanting to make their live better. we live in a world where its sometimes hard to get outside and live with nature. We are also very busy and we never allocate sometime to ourselves, where we can just rest and think of nothing.

If we just took 15 minutes out the day just to mediate we could live a more healthful and joyful life and never haft to be burden with a illness ever again.

Some known actors that meditate on a constant basis are Howard stern, and Clint Eastwood. They been doing it for decades and its no wonder that they accomplished more in 10 years then we ever do in a lifetime. Hence, keep up your practice of qigong and live a more productive life, free of depression and despair.
