Love the article! Meditation is a great way to not only enrich your spiritual life, but your physical well-being too. There is no shortage of literature defining the age-defying, health-giving, and healing effects of meditation. I am more of a science guy and like to see how things work on a biochemical level, and meditation certainly does.
