Boost Low Testosterone Levels Naturally

Low testosterone levels got you down in the dumps? Finding it hard to commit to a project or work? Can’t find a passion for what you want to do in life? These are all the annoying effects of low testosterone levels. It’s ok. The first step is acknowledging it and looking a solution (which you’ve already done by coming to this article!).

Low testosterone levels leave you in a tough spot to deal with. It's hard enough to take action in the regular things in life let alone try and get rid of this problem altogether! However, with precise and pinpoint intensity towards our goal of increase YOUR testosterone levels and smart decision making, we can tackle this problem and see very quick gains. I'm going to need your 100% effort with this one!

We're going to look at 3 main areas that will drastically affect your testosterone levels. The 3 main areas I want you to focus on are:

  • Reducing "xenoestrogens" in your environment
  • Reducing cortisol levels (stress hormone)
  • Increasing testosterone/Human Growth Hormone (HGH) levels through PROPER exercise

The first area of focus, reducing xenoestrogens....well first of all, what IS an xenoestrogen? A xenoestrogen is a manmade chemical that mimics the estrogen hormone (this is what we don't want!). It can lead to all sorts of unsightly effects such as manboobs, erectile dysfunction, etc. Reducing these xenoestrogens in our environement and homes are key to removing any limitations we have on increasing our testosterone levels. The second area of focus, reducing cortisol, is a very important step. All the other advice can be applied to a T but if this one area isn't dealt with then you will NOT make any progress. Cortisol is the human body's stress hormone. This is a vital hormone especially in times when you have to make a "fight or flight" decision and your adrenaline kicks in. However, an over-abundance of this hormone can lead to muscle loss, fat storage, and of course low testosterone levels. Meditation and relaxation are SOME of the many ways you can reduce this testosterone killing hormone.

The final area I want you to focus on is increasing testosterone/human growth hormone (HGH) levels through PROPER exercise. PROPER exercise does NOT mean running mile after mile. It does NOT mean half-assing a workout. You have to pour in 100% of your energy into the task at hand. Sprints, short distance swimming, boxing, and weight training are some key ways to send your testosterone levels sky rocketing. These exercise sessions aren't meant to be long. Keep them short but above all else, maintain your intensity! Working out in a smart and efficient manner will lead you to great testosterone gains.
