If so then you are probably suffering from underlying emotional issues that are making you crave for food instead of actually treating the real problem. I would like to share with you today my stress eating solutions and how I managed to combat this emotional addiction (yes, believe it or not this is an addiction).
First of all I came to terms with the fact that yes I do suffer from emotional problems. Nothing out of the ordinary but when I'm feeling insecure or annoyed or maybe a bit depressed then I tend to turn to food as a comfort. Which obviously results in me putting on lots of extra pounds and not feeling any better for it.
As soon as I realized that the root of the problem was these issues I was having then I started to slowly but surely get over my addiction. Well the truth is I found a great program to help me do this and I stuck to it and followed their easy instructions. I guess I could have done it on my own but it would have been much much harder.
Now I feel so much better and without even having to try hard I've lost about 25 pounds and I feel a whole lot better. This has in return given me the confidence I needed to combat my emotional problems and deal with them head on.
I feel that I am a much nicer person to be around and I don't get upset over little things easily anymore either. My family are really glad that I got this help and applied it to my life. When I used to eat in such a negative way I really gave off bad vibes without even realizing it. That is because deep down I was a very sad person and the food that I was craving was making the situation even worse. I'm sure you can relate to that.
