Natural Cures For Anxiety

Do you suffer from anxiety?

Are you looking for a natural, harmless way to relieve your attacks without having to take conventional medicine? Well you'll be surprised to know that there are actually several alternatives you can choose from, all of them natural cures for anxiety and panic attacks.

Lets start off with a quick questionnaire which will actually help you to understand your feelings and maybe even confirm your suspicions of suffering anxiety and panic attacks rather than something else. (Of course I would advise you to explain these feelings to your doctor just to be on the safe side and rule out anything more serious).

QUICK QUESTIONNAIRE TO SEE IF YOU MAY BE SUFFERING FROM ANXIETY/PANIC ATTACKS

  1. Does the idea of having to appear in public give you a dreaded kind of feeling that you would rather just have the ground swallow you up?
  2. Does even going to the local shop to buy groceries make you nervous?
  3. Does your heart beat in certain circumstances so fast that you feel you might even be having a heart attack?
  4. Does your chest feel tight and you feel as though you might even stop breathing?
  5. Do you have instances of extreme shortness of breath?
  6. Do you have feelings of dizziness?
  7. Do you have worrying thoughts which try to control your mind?
  8. Do these feelings make you feel as though you might be going crazy?

IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO TWO OR MORE OF THESE QUESTIONS THEN YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT ANXIETY ATTACKS.

But the good news is that even if you do have a confirmed diagnosis of anxiety and panic attacks you DO NOT have to turn to conventional medicine for relief!

5 PROVEN NATURAL CURES FOR ANXIETY

  1. Exercise. Regular exercise including walking.
  2. Breathing exercises.
  3. Meditation.
  4. Vitamins.
  5. Natural herbal supplements.

Of course if you are afraid of an attack coming on then it is best to carry a natural herbal supplement around with you in case you feel an attack coming on. Usually they come in small enough bottles that they don't cause any inconvenience.

But in the long run breathing exercises, meditation or yoga, exercise and other stress relieving techniques will help you to control your anxiety attacks.

Probably the worst thing about these panic attacks is that once you have experienced one you are in a total state of stress just thinking about when another one might occur! And this feeling of insecurity can actually lead to another attack in itself!

But don't panic (excuse the pun) there are plenty of places online where you can learn how to control your anxiety and stress. And there are many natural cures for anxiety which can be learned with just a little effort.

The great thing about learning online is that you can connect to other people who suffer just like yourself and learn and support one another. So don't wait a minute longer, go and find some great resources and start getting your life back under control! You'll feel a lot better just from making this little bit of effort.

Very good article. I'm embarrassed to admit this but, I do have panic attacks. They are devastating. I'd heard of them and thought, how strange, how could that happen to anybody. I traveled the country to Horse Shows and Loved traveling. Then one bad night many years ago, my Australian Cattle Dog "Martha" died in front of me. We were never apart and her death was all too graphic. I had my first panic attack that night, Thank you for this VIP Information!
