Cellulite is something that we all love to hate and what seems to affect a woman rather than a man. This is mostly because a female has more subcutaneous fat than a man. Cellulite however is not connected to our weight at all but is inherited from our parents genectic makeup. Cellulite consists of fibrous bands of tissue that lie under the skin and they become knotty and dimply because they lie against the connective tissue. Small fat deposits push against the top layer of skin and it is this that forms the lumpy orange skin peel effect that is visable to the eye. This dimply look is defined as cellulite and is not beautiful to look at. For good reason then, there are wide spread attempts from cosmetic companies and other various sources, to try to find cellulite removal treatments because of the huge demand. Unfortunately It is mostly women who are willing try anything and pay any price to get rid of their cellulite.and people, as mostly women, see it as a big problem that needs to be fixed..
So Either
a/you can accept it and learn to live with it, this is simple you have to do nothing at all
or
b/ find a way to deal with it
What does not work
Any creams or potions that say they contain high levels of caffeine and say they work by stimulating the lymphatic system. Any improvement in the skin are said to be only temporary and there have been scientific study’s undertaken, that show that these creams do not reduce cellulite.
Liposuction claims to be a popular treatment for removing fat deposits. This is an invasive procedure that attacks the deeper fat deposits and does not remove the appearance of cellulite and can actually cause further dimpling of the skin.
What might work
By losing weight and improving your diet and taking exercise, the fat cells are said to retract from the outer skin and so improving the appearance of the skin.
By aiming to keep the muscles in the hips thighs and bottom area as strong as possible and also by the use of resistance training, this is said to minimise the look of cellulite in these areas.
More recently there have been exciting advances in the cellulite war treatment with the use of laser therapy. Laser therapy is a non-invasive procedure and has, so far shown evidence of noticeably reducing the cellulite appearance. As laser therapy also has little side effects it would appear that it will soon become a more popular treatment procedure that the invasive ones that are currently being offered and are currently on the market.
