So I’ve been wearing the UP by Jawbone for about 3 weeks now.

Hey Chip, I agree! Technology is advancing faster and faster in all areas, including many of these new sleep and fitness gadgets that are hitting the market. And if the rumors are true about Apple introducing a "smart watch" tracking device (and maybe Samsung too) within the next year, this wearable technology and activity tracker industry is going to explode. Stay tuned!

Hi Vivian, thank you for reading! And yes, these various sleep and fitness gadgets are becoming more and more popular each and every day. Our modern society is becoming highly "connected" 24/7, so it stands to reason that now technology allows us to be connected to our own bodies 24/7 as well, and allows us to monitor every waking and sleeping minute of our lives. The future of these gadgets is very promising!
