Depression! Want To Get Out Of It?

Depression is like creating your own world, don't want any body or any thing to add on it. The tendency is; you will literally drown yourself into yourself and this is going to give people the feeling ''I don't want any thing to do with you.'' Depression can also be defined as a glass that pieces into your flesh and the fear of taking it out thinking it will cause more pain drives it even deeper until it reaches your heart.

The causes of depression ranges from; bad friends, who always give you the feeling ''I'm not good enough'' never trying to pick up those areas you are good at or at least give you the feeling ''I'm not that bad after all.'' Fighting parents at home, elder brothers or sisters, the sins you committed in the past and continuous repetition of life failure. There are many more other causes, but these are the most simple and common ones.

Now, at the early stages of depression, the mistake most people make is trying to shift the blame to their parents, friends... This is not going to change any thing because most of the times, they will realize what you are trying to do and give it back to you. The work load will become so much on you and eventually causes you to break.

In order to defeat depression, you have to sink the following things into your mind, happiness comes from new discovery, and in order to discover new things, you have to know new people, add more experiences to your life. Every one is a stranger until you give them a chance. Go out know people, make mistakes having the following in mind, there are mistakes that you can deal with within a minute or so, ones that will cause you some pain, ones that will get you to jail and ones that will cause you your life. So make sure you stay within the one that you can solve in a short time or at most one that will cause you some curable pain.

I know the big question now is; how do I let go of the circle pain? This could be as simple as you want it to be or complicated at the same time. The first step is; make a list of all your friends, better write their names down, start a thorough check of each of them, which of them have been helpful to your life and which have been disastrous. Strike out all the names of those who have not been helpful in your mental upbringing, and this means end of friendship. Mind you, in doing this, there is a particular fear that will always come to you, that if you take these ones out, you will be lonely, that's a lie. That is the fear their wrong doings have put into you. For fighting parents at home, there is actually not too much you can do because most of the times when they are fighting, your voice is right down there and they are up there.

The best thing to do is; in the days every thing is calm and fine, talk to them trying to bring out reasons you can still make a happy family, give some good examples of family friends who are happy. And don't expect this will cause a change in a day or two. It's a process; it will take time, the longer you persist, the more sure the good results will come to a reality. Did you do something to someone in the past that you find so bad that caused you to take yourself to that lonely world? While the good news is, you have realized that. The next step now is; what do you want to do to make the situation change for the better?

Go to that person if he/she is still alive and do a heart felt apology with or without tears but show some sincerity. The thing most people don't know is; sincerity is one of the easiest things to see in someone's eyes. Put it there don't be afraid the person won't see. The likelihood is; the person might not accept the apology the first time you do it depending on the type of pain you caused them. That you have to accept. Try doing it several times giving some space within the apologies until the person accepts it. If the person is dead, forgive yourself, look for parents, relatives, one or two friends of the person and do the same type of confession you would have done in the person's face.

In the case of repeated life failure, this is a little tough since some times things really get mess-up. The best thing to do in such a situation is to change town or even better country. The new environment will give you a new strength and the ability to start all over.

Don't go to psychology doctors, some who will just be loading you with medications that will instant run down your vitality, some who are not even sincere just out for the money. The best way to defeat depression is when you do it yourself and not someone giving you their own life concepts or what they just studied in School. Don't forget why you are so awesome!
