Why Don\'t We Just Ignore Our Negative Thoughts

That's right! Ignore them! No need to worry about this negative response as we all know, it is quite normal to the inner conversation, especially if you have gotten in the habit of telling yourself negative things whenever you hear something positive.

If you just ignore this initial negative response to your brain, you will find that your brain activity is functioning through repetition, it will begin to adjust itself to this new positive input. Just like when somebody keep on telling you something...it would be like a broken record that keep on going...it was really such an irritating things to hear. What happen....when especially to small kids that they could easily catch up the program... the input you said...telling it over and over again to them. Same as brain washed.

When you catch yourself repeating the old negative programs, just take a deep breath, relax and try to remove yourself from the situation. Get up and do something like stretch up, or take a walk, or get a drink of water, in order to interrupt your brain or thought and get out of the negative groove.

Okay, let's begin to replace your negative thoughts with a realistic, positive thoughts.And soon you will stop, of all the negativity in the mid-sentence...and it will begin to replace it with a positive new self-talk accomplishing that can change your life.What our brain need is to hear a lot of positive messages to overcome all the negative messages that you and others, have fed it over the years.

Like for example, there is a man who is trying to keep smoking, decided to reprogram his brain to stop smoking. If he will keep working on changing programs, he will begin to hear something like this." These things really don't taste that good. I would probably stop me to cough and breathe easier at night if I no longer smoke again."

Think of it ...this type of response might not happen until your brain has had the "better input" for a several times. But with the simple way of getting the new system into your brain [like listening to the CD, if you just continue to put the good stuff in... your brain will eventually accept the new input as a piece of information.

After several new inputs, I bet your brain might react with inner conversation: Like this, "This is really a nasty habit. I suppose I could see myself as a non-smoker... free from lung problem...most especially...someday."

Then after a month past, this guys was thinking now that smoking cigars taste bitter and it stain his teeth yellow and giving breath stink.And now he is saying that he doesn't need to smoke to calm him or to stay away thinking problem. Now he is taking charge of his life in other areas; telling to him can at least skip this one cigarette.

Surprisingly when another month past of putting good input to his brain or reprogramming, the mind might be responding like this to the new input that he is now a non-smoker. He does feel better after of cutting down to one pack a day. That he is going that he is going to cut down to a half pack starting today. He was his breathing better and sleeping better because he doesn't cough as much as like before when he still smoke.Another good thing happened to this man, too... he gained weight and saved money from buying pack of cigarettes.

Remember.. while we grew up, we always heard negative things about money: Here are some of the sentences " We have to work hard and live in poverty because God loves you," " Money doesn't grow on trees," "We lived in a fixed income," "Money is the root of all evil," "Don't be greedy," "We cannot afford nicer things," "Life is hard and then you die; you better have a good insurance policy for your family who will be left behind," "We live hand to mouth."

Isn't it sounds familiar to us? Yes it is. No wonder that I [possibly you] grew up to become poverty minded. And we have no choice in the matter even the brain itself. I don't know...but with the right good input it will bring our own children to become successful in life...that we had like them to be and it is not too late for us either.

Of being a negative thinker most of the time and dreaming of having any kind of business you get into won't give positive results or to become a successful businessman. Positive thoughts is what we need. Come to think of it if I was wrong on this!

But once you begin the good input your brain will eventually accept the new input without a failure. The only job you have to do is just play CD everyday [or might say the words]. Your brain development will actually form as you once give it to the new programming, and that is the new programming you input, the inner self talk. It is just like you are recording a new message over an old one. And it will takes time the messages to be re-recorded.

For me...I know it will happen. When it happens to you, just simply smile, knowing that your brain is totally under you control, and it can't continue to exist over the sudden repetition of positive input you are putting in it to the brain. In order to succeed at anything we must first take control of our brain and program it to take us in the direction we want to go! We all have to know our brain is like a computer, too!

People really underestimate the psychological power the brain has that we don't engage or act upon. If people would use more willpower and tell themselves they can do something, then they would do it. That is only accomplished through 100% effort and believing you can and having no if ands or buts about it.
