I wanted a top of the range tablet pc that is the ultimate in tablet computing. I planned to spend over $800 on a top of the line well known brand that is state of the art tablet. But then my friend showed me a better product for a fraction of the price.
The Mid tablet. It was way more powerful than the one I intended to buy and I bought two of them. One running on the windows operating system and one on Android both top of the line models and their prices combined was still not the amount I wanted to spend on the big branded tablet.
We get so bombarded with marketing campaigns it is sometimes different to tell the truth from all the information we receive. Big branded companies spend millions of dollars on campaigns to brainwash their customers into believing that if you don’t buy their branded tablet then it is not of good quality. But the truth is that the big brands use the same hardware in their tablets than some of the smaller brands do. At the end of the day it is the hardware that makes the tablet perform and function and that determines its quality not the logo on the tablet that you pay so much money for.
Yes there are tablets out there that are of poor quality and that have bad hardware in them. But that is why it is important to focus on the hardware name and not the tablet name. There are even trusted brand that use poor quality hardware in their products. This is why after 2 years you are experiencing a lot of problems with your product.
If you are purchasing a product make sure it is from a reputable supplier and focus on the hardware. Is the chipset Intel or another well known brand. If you don’t have the knowledge of the brand just research it on Google a bit and see if there is any problems.
Don’t lose money by buying a product that have a big name and that you thinks is the best because of information you received via their marketing campaigns. No company will market their products in a bad light and promote a product in a way that will make the product look bad. That is no good business sense. Buy from a reputable supplier and I hope you find a tablet pc that suits your needs and that you can say just as I did I really thinks I got value for money with my Mid tablet.
