I am a big fan of electronic gadgets and am always looking for a new gadget that I find interesting. One however has been so interesting that I run my businesses from it. I introduce to you my MID windows tablet pc.

This is powerful enough that I have replaced my pc and my phone with it because it serves both purposes. I can manage all my businesses from my tablet pc from anywhere in the world.

Communication. I need to communicate with all my managers and staff and constant and reliable communication is key to my job. I can make calls send e-mail do video conferencing in HD with my tablet pc from anywhere. It has the ability to connect via 3G and Wi-Fi which makes a spot where communication is not possible very rare. Thanks to this tablet I can keep in contact with everyone I need.

Programs. I can access all our management programs on my tablet pc because they are all windows based. The version of Windows on my tablet pc is Windows XP and there is no difference between it and the PC that I don’t use anymore. Therefore using applications like office and reading my monthly management reports on spreadsheets is very easy. I can also access our servers with my FTP client to get the necessary files and document I might need.

In the office. I have a 21” HD screen in my office and a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse that I connect my tablet to if I have to use it for longer periods or if I need to analyze big graphs or maybe use it for typing. It makes it very comfortable and the privilege of a desktop is exactly the same on my tablet.

Entertainment. You have to have balance in your life and by just working you won’t be happy. Therefore I enjoy the fact that I can play a game, connect to facebook, watch a movie or listen to some music when I want to relax. Also I can use my satellite navigation on my tablet pc for traveling. This tablet can really keep me entertained for hours especially when playing multiplayer games online.The best of it all is because the tablet is portable it can be done anywhere.
