How to Get Confidence

There is no question that being confident gets you almost everything in this world. When you are confident, there will be no question that you will have a lots of friends, have beautiful girlfriend or boyfriend, have high-paying jobs and much more than this, blessings of all sort seems going towards your direction. But what if you don’t have confidence? Are you forever that person who will miss a lot about this life? What if I tell you that you can be confident and lack of it is not something that is irreparable? You can have confidence if you only know how to build yourself up. And in this article I will teach you how to become confident through these simple tips.

List All Your Blessings

Usually, when you lack confidence, you fail to see the positive side of your life. You tend to see your problem or whatever that is bugging you as your whole life. If you want to start building yourself up, list down all your blessing and all the positive things in your life. You can start by listing that you have a roof over your head, can read, have internet connection and computer (some people do not have this blessings that they have no access to such information like this). These are just some where you can start your list. You can even include having a fan in your room, a bed, lights, car. You can also list that you have cable in your TV or even listening to Spotify. These are just some suggestions. I know you have a lot of blessings besides these.

Wear Your Best Clothes or Dress

Have you notice that when you are in your best dress that your confidence somehow builds up. So wear your best clothes (this includes your best shoes, socks, t-shirt, pants). Wear something comfortable wherein you can be confident. You will realize then that your confidence is building up.

Smile More

Yes, you read it right. Practice smiling as there is a scientific study that shows that smiling more can make you confident and happy. You can read self improvement blogs like Life Ninjas if you want to believe this. This trick may seems illogical or even outrageous considering smiling is something that somehow has no connection with your whole self. So how can you become confident by smiling alone? The explanation is that you trick your brain to thinking that you are happy and your body react to that. The result is you become happy and feel confident. So smile more often and see for yourself how to get confidence in such an easy trick.
