Tips To Help You Learn Blues Guitar Faster

First of all, I am glad that you have managed to find this article, you are about to learn the tips and little tricks and secrets that most professional blues guitar players are hiding from blues guitar learners and how you can instantly speed up your blues guitar learning process and hit the harder cords with accuracy and discover how to learn new riffs and licks quicker.

Tip #1

You need to treat blues as it's own genre of music (which it is!). The blues is said to be the grandfather of rock'n roll, and you will find that some of the blues aspects have actually evolved in to the modern rock and roll music today. If you can grasp that blues is in fact it's own genre of music and must be played with a different approach and attitude you will become much more successful and learn quicker than others.

Tip #2

You absolutely MUST learn the basic I, IV, V chord progression, which is one, four, five in other words. This progression is the basis of most popular blues and you should master this as soon as possible.

Tip #3

Learn To "Hear & Feel" The Blues. Once you understand that basic 1,4,5 progression you will instantly hear it in the most popular blues songs and get the "feel" for that rhythm and sound, if you can try to play along to the rhythm that will help you greatly. Blues music is all about "feel", rhythm and momentum and if you can follow that rhythm and get the real feel for the music then you too can become a great blues player in no time, so learn to "Feel" the music!

Tip #4

To really learn how to play blues guitar successfully you have to learn the basic licks and riffs. You should learn these in the way they were originally played at the very beginning of blues guitar and and practice those religiously!

Tip #5

Learn to play with emotion! No blues guitar online lessons can teach you this skill, if you can teach yourself to feel the music and the rhythm and the emotions of the blues greats, you will be well on your way to becoming an emotional blues guitar player and be well ahead of other blues guitar beginners. Another thing you could do to get ahead of other beginners is to consider getting a great blues guitar online lessons package to help you along

Useful Blues Guitar Lessons Is a Must!

Don't waste your time trying to learn bits and pieces from youtube if you are a complete blues guitar beginner, you need to learn from a good blues guitar teacher that has lots of experience playing blues himself/herself and has solid teaching skills.

Learning how to play blues guitar from a step by step DVD course is much easier than watching scattered random youtube videos and hoping that the author of those knows how to teach fundamentals of blues guitar

DVD & hardcover blues guitar lessons would deffinitely help you learn at your own pace and follow the right procedure that incorporates all the tips that I have mentioned above to help you reach your full potential and become a trully great blues guitar player that you deserve to be!
