Without Solid Fundamentals, Your Beatmaking Skills Will Always Suck!

Nope. They dont like it one bit. "Whaaat?" Your music!! It sucks!! Lol, just kidding. I've never heard your music before. Maybe it doent suck. Or maybe it does. Let me guess, you might be one of those folks who could afford to go buy some top shelf equipment and software to make beats with, but got in waaay over your head after you realized the learning curve for becoming a hip hop producer is pretty steep. Or maybe you kinda know how to make some kinda hot beats, but still know you can be better with some type of training in hip hop music production.

Well you do have some options. You can get on e-bay or craigslist and start trying to unload all of the cool equipment you bought along with your dreams and aspirations of being the next Dr. Dre. Or instead of throwing in the towel, you can go find a recording school that may teach what you want to know, but at a high cost financially and time wise.

But what if neither of those are an option for you. You dont want to give up, but spending that kind of time and money for training is not feasable for you either. The solution I know of is Music Producer Pro.

"What?" Yeah, its an in depth instructional course on hip hop production that you can download on to your computer. Waaay better that giving up on the dream, and way better and cheaper than trying to find a recording school, (which by the way wont actually teach you to make beats. you gotta kinda already know how.)

I may have only given a couple scenarios on who could benefit from this program, but it can work for quite a few of levels of expertise in beat making. For example, I've been making beats for a few years now, but its been mostly on hardware. In Jay's course, Music Producer Pro, there are like 14 videos that you get lifetime access to. Oh yeah, Im getting ahead of myself, Jay is a professional hip hop music producer, who has a beat site, and two beat making programs that he has created online. But back to what I was saying, I've worked mostly on hardware and I want to step up to some newer software, but I've been stuck in my ways, so being instructed by Jay was 100% helpful in my transition to learning software.

No matter what your level is in beat making, there is always some else who knows more that you can pick up different skills from. But this is the first program I've seen like this where a guy who has been doing this for 23 years, just opens up and gives you all the knowledge you need to make hot pro sounding beats. I know I would be a million miles ahead of the game had I come across something like this when I first started. Hell, I owned my Fantom keyboard for about a year and a half before I learned how to used the sequencer!!

That was because I had no network of people around me who made beats also, it was just by chance one day that a friend whom I was talking got on the subject of his cousin who sang and made his beats on a Yamaha Motif. One thing led to another, He took me to meet him. I brought my Fantom, and he figured out the sequencer and showed me how it worked and rest is history.

You see, I like making music, But I hate having to figure out equipment!! Not that I'm lazy or anything, but the time I have to spend being technical cuts in to the time I could be creating music. This is where it comes in handy to have someone who already knows how to use the equipment show you how to use the equipment!! Jay has already gone through the hard part for you!! All you have to do now is create good music. (Hes not going to do that for you lol)

So that goes to show you that sometimes you just need to be around those who do what you do with similar equipment to help guide you. But that was years ago during the "50 cent Get Rich or Die Tryin era" lol, around 03, 04. Fast forward to the future now, there is waaay more equipment and software now, so now its harder to find out how to do things like that because people are doing so many different things. You can always jump on You Tube and search for what you are trying to learn, but even that can be lacking because no one person is posting a complete "how to" for what ever you are trying to learn.

Which is why I dig Jay's course so much. I have yet to come across anything else like this online or anywhere else for that matter. With all that you learn, it feels illegal that it doesnt cost hundreds or even thousands lol!! I guess the only thing close to this is to know someone personally with this kind of knowledge, who takes you under their wing and guides you to being a dope hip hop producer.

Like I said before, you can always learn new tricks. No matter what you level is, beginner, intermediate or pro, these learnings will be of use to you. Its a small investment of your time with a huge return in ability to make some hot music, because there is no other course out there that will give you these fundamentals.

Peace

Mike Troy
