There are different kinds of music, they tend to give different emotions that the song writer had experienced or feel at that particular moment. They say music is the soul of the writer itself. But do you know that there are lots of study and research that stated that music helps a lot on every person listening to it,
*at work they tend to work more faster and focus than without music.
*to some people in arts they tend to give them motivations and a boost to carry on with their wide imagination.
*to sick people music gave a soothing effect that enables their body to boost their antibodies and immune system.
*in sports music gives the rhythm that the body needed to automatically adjust to the routine so as their muscles and the whole body coordinated accurately.
*music makes people enjoy their time while working thus they forget they work hard for long hours or sometimes it can help people awake all night.
*in entertainment, music boost the emotions of the people watching, like if its drama the viewers tend to cry easily or they tend to affect more, if its comedy a simple act tends to be more laughable, if its suspense or horror the music gives a lot of frightening experience while watching the movies.
*even plants are affected by music, whenever plants hear music or someone sings to them they tend to give/bear more flowers/fruits faster than their usual condition.
*while studying music tends to make a faster, easy and enjoyable learning.
*in personal attitude music tends to affect the mood, if the person hears her/his favorite song he/she tends to have a positive attitude. The music depends on the person choice even a rock song can give positive aura to the person if he/she loves that genre.
There study showed that the music tends to give a rhythmic effect to the bodies circulation, it enables to normalize the circulation of the blood and other nutrients within the body, even the rhythm of the intestine digestion was also affected.
But these studies also shows that while listening to music we must keep the volume on a certain level accurate for our ears to enjoy and not wreck our eardrums. They say enjoy it not abuse it, that's why for the people who loves to listen to music with a very loud sound pleeeeasssseee be sensitive to people or living things around you, if the people around you does not want those kind of music make it a point that you will listen to it moderately cause as i was saying music also tends to affect person moods and if they don't like the music they tend to experience a negative vibes that you don't want to be near, don't you?.
Even plants does not want a loud noise even if its music cause they will wither faster, so as animals which have a very sensitive hearing and every sound we hear they heard it twice louder or even thrice.
So enjoy music daily, it helps us a lot.
