"Michael Jackson" is one of the most well known music icons, known to be the King of Pop. He started his music career in a group namely The Jackson 5. He is the seventh child in the Jackson family and being recognized as the worlds most successful entertainer gave his family something to be proud of. He was part of the group in 1964 but eventually had his solo career in 1971.
"Michael Jackson" in the peek of his career gave the music industry something to look forward to. His songs were not only popular in the US but also around the globe which gave inspiration to aspiring artists. Credits to his hit songs Beat It, Billie Jeans and Thriller, these songs gave a different outlook in music. This time sing and dance is already a consort.
It's been a couple of years since "Michael Jackson" died but still most of his dances are still used in stage performances and non-stop tribute to his songs on TV. Who would forget his iconic dance moves robot and moonwalk? I am flabbergasted with the kid who tries to imitate his dance moves he may be gone but his art still remains alive.
Fans followed different aspects of his life his changing appearance which was modified from time to time. His personal relationships and behavior has draw on controversy. And they also clash with his battle with accusations. Supporters remained at his back.
"Michael Jackson" while preparing for his concert ''This Is It'' died with acute propofol intoxification on June 25, 2009.
Many people were saddened with his death. Some fans cried, wept and were on the streets having prayer rallies. Even the small children who are not familiar with who "Michael Jackson" is, participated in the special events. I am also grateful to parents or older people who invest time in teaching the young ones about the songs and dancing techniques of Michael that keeps his memory alive.
After his death Sony Music Entertainment signed a $250 million deal with "Michael Jackson's" estate to earn distribution rights to his earning until 2017. But for me his legacy and how he inspired people is the greatest wealth people should always remember. The inspiration that he left behind will truly develop the children for a better future. His songs continue to inspire people and touch lives. For this icon once said that he wants to make a change and he did.
