Why Starting A Business Will Beat Being Employed Any Day!

How many times do you ever ask anybody who’s employed how they are doing and they replied with a resounding ‘fantastic’?! I bet none out of 100! If this was so then why do we commit 8 to 5 to a boring, mundane job that we do not like? I’d bet this time round several, varied answers will spring up. Most of the time fear of failure takes hold when you contemplate plunging yourself into something else that might change your future, say starting a business.

Most people will go for security over freedom as it caters for the current needs. Taking a leap of faith and immersing oneself wholly into a business takes guts and consistency in doing. The biggest dream killer becomes self doubt. Failure will always be there, even for the people you look up to, none was a rags to riches sensation without a major drawback here and there that they had to surmount. Ask Tim Allen (remember him because of his reference in a book I read recently). Literally rose from the ashes like a phoenix to where he is! Not really a story about business but overcoming oneself and believing that you can do it.

To the main theme behind writing these article; firstly and foremost, engaging in business allows you to build your own dream. Employees build their employers dreams at the expense of their own, period. For this you trade your day time for money, usually ‘peanuts’, 5 or worse 6 days in a week! In a business situation you leverage your time, journeying to achieving your dreams. I’d recommend Robert Kiyosaki’s “Retire Young, Retire Rich” for expansion on leveraging time.

Worse still with a job when you cannot work anymore for one reason or another e.g. disablement through accident, sickness etc your income stops! If you took the time to establish a business, chances are you will continue enjoying the income long after you stopped being an active participant in it, unless you were self employed of course. Corporations flourish long after their founders died, it doesn’t have to be Apple to do this!

Moreover you do not own the job, once you are out you are out for good. You cannot hand it over to your kin. On the other hand a business is inheritable hence can continue to sustain your family and generations to come. Therefore it does not make sense to work for something that does not produce income when you are not there, excuse the tone but it’s a fact.

To my most interesting part, some businesses not all have an exponential element to the growth in income. Take for example network marketing you introduce two people to distribute products with you for a little profit. They in turn introduce their two to do the same with them. In no time you have a large network under you doing the same thing, you can only fathom how far that can go! Why not also leverage other people’s time as your employer does yours? For only a few dollars in start-up, that’s a steal. A job on the contrary has a linear income over a very long period of time whether you work hard or not!

Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on which reality you are coming from, to sign up for the opportunity, to create a team, build a business with residual income and end the rat race you have to be referred by someone, use HZ897787 as referrer, that's me and lets fire our bosses please!
