Farewell to you my friend, we'll see each other again. Don't worry because it's not the end of everything. I'll maybe miles away but here is where my heart will stay with you my friends. Common lines we heard during graduation day.

School is being considered as the next home of many students. It is where students are getting educated with different subjects, learn proper values and good moral character. It is the place where students develop themselves morally, intelectually and spiritually. School is the guide of all students in becoming a person with good values and respect for others. But the one thing that everyone get from school is friendship. Students usually finds their best friends, circle of friends that they always spent time with during the school season from the school.

The most influential people in the schools are the teachers, sisters or brothers, the school helpers and security guards. They are the people providing the students with proper education. We should be grateful for their efforts to educate and take care of all the students.

When a student reaches grade level six (grade level seven in other schools), fourth or senior high school year, and fourth or fifth year in college depending on the chosen courses, graduation is always the proper and customary way to end up the school year.

The most common way to celebrate graduation is with a holy mass, followed by the distribution of diplomas or certificates, and then the recognition of the students who excells in class and other special awardees. It is also a common practice during the ceremony that the student who got the highest academic award speaks in behalf of the students to inform the school community, the parents and fellow graduating students how thankful and lucky they are for the knowledge they achieved from the respective schools. Also the graduation song being performed by the students is also a common practice.

What is the appropriate song most schools chooses to sing during graduation? Most schools prefer to sing their alma mater song, some schools chose to sing religious songs with inspiring messages. But now some schools tried to use modern songs performed by popular artist today and the idea of incorporating modern songs as the graduation song doesn't sounds bad at all. Of course the school administrator should be very careful in choosing the song because it represents the graduating students and the school.

One example of a good song choice is Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson, it represents the modern youth on how they can embrace change and learn to adapt to modern world. Heal the World by the late Michael Jackson is also a good choice because it reminds everyone that if we care and unite we can make the world a better place and the song focuses mainly on the welfare and future of the children.

Graduation is not goodbye, that is also the message often coming from the graduation songs. Graduation is just simply mean missing each other for a couple of months for grade six graduating students, for high school and college graduating students, graduation is not goodbye but rather a goodluck for the new chapter in their lives everyone will face seperately but the high possibility of seeing each other again is always an option, they never know when, only time can tell but they believe they will meet again someday.

The hopes and faith in seeing each other again is not a sign of goodbyes. It is just the time where every student will move forward and face new challenges in life.

To all graduating students of 2011, congratulations and may you always remember your learnings and values from your earlier eduaction and use it as a stepping stone for your success and brighter future.
