10 Tips for A Healthy Diet

To keep the right weight just follow some simple rules and try to eat as healthy as possible. Follow these healthy diet tips to get your goals.

1. Eat varied food, but not too much.

The secret to a healthy diet is not eating the same thing. Eat different foods, vary in vegetables, grains, legumes and fruits. Here is where the success of a balanced diet is.

2. Less fat and fatty foods.

There are several types of fats. "Invisible" fats are the most damaging, we do not see them and they are usually saturated (dairy, red meat, sausages ...). Good fats are unsaturated, the famous omega, which you can find in olive oil, flax, sunflower, nuts and seeds. However, they must not be taken in excess.

3. Many vegetables, potatoes and fresh fruit.

In them lies the eternal youth: vitamins and minerals. You will find them in these foods, they are also easy to digest, cheap and not fattening.

4. More grains.

Not only because of the fiber, but also because on the shell we can find vitamin B, which is the nervous system's vitamin, which helps us to defend ourselves from stress, relax and sleep well. Besides grain energy is absorbed slowly, avoid spikes in blood glucose.

5. Less animal protein.

This kind of protein has hiden saturated fat, contain no fiber and may cause intestinal problems, favoring the existence of pathogenic intestinal flora. It is appropriate that the protein is predominantly from plants (legumes, nuts), because fiber is associated with intestinal flora and generates intestinal flora fermentation, ideal to assimilate nutrients and eliminate metabolic waste.

6. Few sweets, sugar and honey.

7. Less salt and salty foods.

8. Drink 2 liters a day, mineral water or tea.

Especially if our diet does not contain enough fruits and vegetables, which are the foods that give us water, we will require hydration of pure water or herbal teas. Avoid canned beverages, sugary, bubbly, caffeine, alcohol ...

9. It is best several simple meals.

Our digestive system suffers if one meal mix different foods, with different chemical compositions and different rates and times of digestion. The metabolism of nutrients associated with these foods will be more expensive in terms of resources that our body uses. Therefore we will be more tired, will be worse intellectually and will accumulate waste substances.

10. The less processed foods are the healthiest.

Cooking at low temperatures, choose fresh and natural foods as much as possible, less elaborate, avoid the food redesigned, redefined, highly processed food, far removed from their natural state. The less processed foods are the healthiest.
