5 Tips For Optimal Hydration

Your body is made of over 70% water, and in order to get the energy and vitality that you deserve in life it’s essential that you maintain optimal hydration.

According to most scientific and health bodies you should consume 2L, or about 8 glasses of water a day in order to stay hydrated. The trouble with this advice however is that it assumes that your body can actually absorb the water that you are consuming. It also assumes that you’ll be able to actually drink that much without getting board.
