Health and Benefits of the Seed
And God said "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; "to you it shall be for food.
He didn't say; man must create it.
We are starting to learn more and more as time go's by how important it is to feed our bodies of what is required of it. As time passes by, we have seen an increase of more and more diseases and early death or crippling of our body parts inside of us and the outside.
And man has become inventors of drugs for healing and repairing our bodies because we haven't learned the basic things that are required from us as simple as just changing the way we eat.
Antioxidants that consist of vitamins and minerals are in any products that are grown from the ground which we should be eating for our existence. The makeup of each plant is different so we must learn how to eat in a way that we are able to mix all types of fruits and vegetables and herbs.
Antioxidants in fruits and vegetables help to repair our cells and fight the disease like cancer and any other infirmities and it keeps us from aging faster than we should, we get our natural energy from antioxidants.
Different colors of food have the highest antioxidants like purple, orange, red, blue and yellow and the dark leafy green carry antioxidants and calcium, iron, minerals and much more.
My favorite snacks are nuts and (dates the almost perfect fruits) based on their nutritional contents.
Dates are the fruit of the palm tree with high concentration of minerals like potassium, magnesium, selenium and calcium. Dates have also antioxidants, fiber and the benefits are controlling weight, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Dates are high in sugar but it is all natural and about 400 calories per cup and also known as "nature’s candy."
Nuts like walnuts are also high in antioxidants and very helpful for the heart and other diseases, also almonds are very beneficial to you; a handful of almond is an excellent source of vitamin E and magnesium and a good source of protein and fiber. Almonds have monounsaturated fat, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and iron for a healthy heart.
This world has an abundance of fruits and vegetables and is easily grown; also most of us here in this country know only what is grown here in this country. Most of us can't imagine what other types of fruits and vegetables, herbs, plants that we can eat that are not part of this country. It is really awesome!
Fruits and vegetables all comes from the ground and they are all healing ingredient for you're living being and it's not wise to fool Mother Nature we will pay dearly.
