Its sweet, mild flavor and taste can be used in different dishes from cooking vegetable dishes to fine desserts. Moreover the reason they are great for cooking is that its saturated nature makes it safer to cook at higher temperatures compared to the unsaturated oils. Also you can safely use it topically on your skin and hair in place of other allergenic, clogging skin care products.

As you can see you can never go wrong with coconut oil as it has been used for multiple purposes around the world especially by indigenous peoples in the tropics such as Southeast Asia and the Pacific. The natural health community has recognized its health promoting properties and is now gaining popularity in the general public. This newly yet rediscovered health touted food is gaining momentum in the food industry and it can truly do wonders for your health, energy, and overall well-being.
