Daily vitamins for women are important. Women get exhausted in many ways. Many work and raise a family, with or without help. Many women are work at home moms, getting business done while kids are at school, then again working to get the kids through homework, other activities, and on and on. Her day can be long!

Several types of daily vitamins can be good for women.

Stress Vitamins

A good formula is usually a combination of vitamins, minerals, and perhaps amino acids or herbs as well. These types of supplements are best derived from whole food sources, and with no junky fillers or unnecessary sweeteners. These vitamins are intended to relax your muscles and nervous system, and increase your brain's manufacture of neurotransmitters so that you don't get depressed or suffer anxiety.

A deficiency of these vitamins can appear to be depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, anger, loss of sex drive, and more. It is a good idea to review your diet, the vitamins and minerals you can be suffering for the want of, and try to correct this situation before you accept any labeling, judgments or "constructive criticism" from anyone.

Having a blood panel done, including all hormone levels is a way to get a marker. Even if everything tests normal, if you don't have the energy and interest in life that you want, try some good vitamins for at least three months. This is usually about what it takes for your body to become replenished.

This is no longer an issue for women over 40, 50 or 60. Exhaustion and nutritional deficiencies will make you feel absolutely not interested in this area. If you are too tired, you are too tired. Plain and simple. However, if you also lack the nutrients and healthy essential fatty acids that enable your brain and endocrine system to manufacture the necessary hormones that support your emotional interests, then both you and your mate lose out.

Low Thyroid Levels

This is another energy zapper that can make you feel old and tired, or much worse. It is an area that can be determined by a blood test, and if not drastic, can also be addressed with daily vitamins and minerals.
