Diet Plan / Lose Belly Fat, Gain More Muscles

When you decide to start exercise, to get a lean and muscular body, proper diet should be in first place on your training and diet plan. You can spend hours and hours in the gym, run for miles, do hundreds of crunches, if your diet is not right you will not get any results.

How to chose a diet plan?

First you must decide what your goals are. If you are a bodybuilder, and your goal is getting more muscle mass, or if you are looking for lean ripped body, or if you just what to lose belly fat, depending on what your goals are you can choose the best diet plan for you.

Diet plan to lose belly fat

If your goal is just to lose that belly fat before the summer, and to get ripped abs, than you must eat 3-6 times a day smaller meals. When you are eating every three hours, your metabolism is active thru day, therefore your body will burn more calories from body fat, and of course from your belly fat. You should star your day breakfast, and eat some complex carbohydrates, such as oat. Thru the day try to eat lean meat such as chicken, turkey and fish. Those meal are rich in proteins and have less carbohydrates and fats. Also weary important are vegetables such as broccoli.

Diet plan to get more muscle mass

If you are lifting weights, and you goal is to get more muscle mass you must increase protein intake. That means that every your meal must content some cine of meat. Best protein sources are meats like chicken, turkey, beef and fish. Also complex carbohydrates are weary important. Eat them in the morning and before and after your training. Of course you must eat 4-6 times a day.
