"Since there could be no Natural beauty without eating 80-100% raw foods, most of us has never seen our natural self."As I mentioned in my last article Eating Healthier to Energize Yourself, "we are what we eat,"it is important that we bring our mind to a place where we can realize that food have a tremendous effect on our health and appearance. How can we look our best without being healthy? One thing is always leading to another, when it comes to our health. And the cause an effect relationship in this case should be very important to us, being healthy means we should be able to feel and function at our best. And we are willing to get as much out of life as we can.
Being healthy allows us to live life to the fullest! Living in this modernize world can be very detrimental to our health. It is not every thing that is presentto us in the name of health, will be in our best interest. Sometimes we are all to willing to jump on the latest health bandwagon, without all the facts. It seems as thought we are always allowing the so called experts, to do all our thinking for us.But what if they are all wrong? And I am not saying that they are, it is just that, for us to be truly healthy, we must, learn the factcs for our self.Follow our own path and take responsibility for our selves and that of our children, despite all the latest popular opinion and fads, healthy raw foods are best for us.
How do we get started on healthy eating? It starts with us learning new ways to eat, such as adding more fruits,vegetables and whole-grains to our diet, and start cutting back on foods that contain a lot of fat, salt and sugar. A change to healthier eating also includes learning about balance, variety and moderation. Eating healthy raw food swill help us to get the right balance of vitamins,minerals and other important nutrients, that we need for optimum health.Eating healthy raw foods is one of the best things we can do to prevent and help control many of our health problems, and I am not saying that lightly. I have proven that raw foods are good for you, but, we must be consistent. A healthy raw food diet will help us with problems such as;
- Heart Desease
- Hight blood pressure
- Type2 diabetes
Healthy eating is not just simply a diet,it is a change of lifestyle and the way we eat, so that we can live a longer and enjoyable lifestyle for the rest of our life.
A raw food diet is not just good for us. It's also science you don't have to take my word for it, have "faith," or trust the latest nutrition guru, because scientist now prove that cooking food not only destroy nutrition and enzymes, but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health, into acid forming toxins, free radicals and poisons that destroy our health! Eating a diet of healthy raw foods can help to reverse or stop the advance of many chronicdeseases like cancer and those that are mention above, We need to keep in mind that cooking creates free radicals, whichare one of the major cause of cancer. When we lower the number of free radicals that our cells are bombarded with. we lower our risk of cancer and other major chronic deseases, so, remember to start a diet of eatinghealthy raw foods its good for you.
When we change our minds about food and its effects, then we will be able to think about our reasons for healthier eating, if we want to improve our health, if we want to feel better in our body and mind, or even want to set an example for our kids,then we need to start by including more fruits and vegetables into our diet. Eat healthy raw foods, think about some small changes you can make, pick ones you can keep,never change every thing at the same time.Set goals you can reach short and long term goals, and you will be well on your way to a healthier life and a healthier body, go for healthy raw foods if you want to meet your healthiest, most energetic self, eat more raw foods than cook, it's that simple. Destiny gives us pain...we should choose to refuse pain as our destiny, we should hold fast to that which the universe has given us and stick to raw healthy foods.
