Foods That Burn Fat Fast

Did you experience having a very strong craving for a particular food that if unable to eat, you feel like your day is not complete? This is some form of food allergy. Others would call it food addiction, which is a contemporary term. And if you happen to be fat, this food allergy could be the one that is making you fat. And surprisingly, a strong craving for a particular food is usually a craving for one that is not good to the health – junk food.

In this article, you’ll discover a list of surprisingly healthy foods that burn fat fast.

Meet the fat-fighters…

These are my top 5 fat-fighters that help maintain a good level of fat burning hormones in your body.

Dark chocolate. Just 2 small squares of dark chocolate can satisfy your sweet taste and the good news is that it can only contain up to 40 calories compared to 500 calories for a piece of chocolate cake or pie. And some brands of dark chocolate have, actually, high ratio of fiber content.

Nuts (walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, etc). They are typically categorized as fatty foods but can actually help burn belly fat, because they contain healthy fats that help control appetite (so that you don’t overeat) and fat burning hormones in your body. These nuts have good amounts of fiber and protein, which are known to control blood pressure.

Avocado. This type of fruit, which is classified in the flowering plant family, is one of the most power packed nutritious fruits on the planet. Avocado (or alligator pear as a tree native to Central Mexico) is not only delicious when mashed and mixed with spices; it also contains healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals that actually helps your body maintain proper levels of hormones that help with fat loss and muscle gain.

Grass-fed beef. This type of beef has much higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower omega-6 fats. Grass-fed beef has a very low saturated fat (less than 10%) and high in good unsaturated fat. Higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids can provide great nutritional benefits for nursing mothers and their babies. Grass-fed beef contains very good amount of vitamin A, E, and CLA. Since it is grass-fed, the risk of Mad Cow Disease is almost non-existent.

Eggs. The egg white contains vitamin B2, high-protein, low-fat, and almost no cholesterol. An egg yolk contains vitamin A, D, B, iron, fat, cholesterol, and protein. Most people would avoid the egg yolk because of the high-fat, high-cholesterol content, but these are actually healthy fats and good cholesterol that helps control appetite and fat burning hormones in your body. The best eggs come from free roaming hens because their diet is natural and their eggs are loaded with healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Other healthy foods that help with weight loss are whole grain, oats, coconut, carrots, and tomato.

If there is one particular excess fat in the body that needs to be dealt with first, it should be the stubborn belly fat because it contains more health risk factors than any other fat in the body.

A daily consumption of these fat burning foods will give you a great chance of rapid belly fat loss. The fat burning foods and full-body exercises (such as front squat, renegade dumbbell rows, and mountain climbers) are a proven combination when it comes to losing weight. The fat burning foods will reduce your belly fat, at the same time the full-body exercises will increase your metabolism and give you a leaner body. Adding abdominal exercises to it will further strengthen your abdominal muscles.
