Health Benefits Of Cinnamon: Help Avoid Diabetes?

A study was performed back in 2003 and it involved groups of participants taking varied amounts of cinnamon, via capsules, for forty days. The group taking six grams of cinnamon each day showed a twenty percent reduction of blood sugar over the placebo group. Since then other credible studies have shown similar results.

If so, the best way to enjoy cinnamon, other than using it on your food, is to buy good quality cinnamon capsules and take them before your bigger meals, three times a day.
